Cerf-Veau-Lent, Children’s fabricground, Recorded by Ron Kenley: videotape 1999 played in the Gallery of the Institute of French Architecture, Paris, February 2000 (DVD 2007)
After some storytelling, each child found a place on the white surface, encircled it with line and colours. For half an hour each one was absorbed by their own work inside their circles. Gradually, fantastic figures started to emerge and take over the space of the canvas. When the forms and colours filled the entire surface, the young painters naturally put their brushes down and went to play. The fabric was placed on the grass and left to dry in the sun.
